Paddlers set new record with 138 crafts in lock

TSW Lockage Fees Waived For 2017
Trent Severn Waterway lockage fees waived for 2017 to mark Canada’s 150th birthday. Parks Canada annouced Friday it will waive lockage fees on the Trent-Severn Waterway to help mark Canada’s 150th birthday. The lockage fee break also applies to Ontario’s Rideau Canal and to serveral canals in Quebec — including Carillon, Chambly, Lachine, Sainte-Anne-Bellevue and Saint-Ours. …
